Little things that actually make a difference to happiness

  1. drinking lots of water
  2. eating fresh fruit 
  3. thinking positively about yourself and others
  4. washing your face twice a day
  5. changing your sheets once a week 
  6. hot baths with Epsom salts 
  7. face masks using from things in your house 
  8. sleeping more than 7 hours per night 
  9. reorganizing your clothes, makeup, possessions etc
  10. keeping your living space clean
